These ratings were based on the following competitions: 2001 Pro Worlds, 2001 USDGC, 2002 Pro Worlds, Rumbletown 2002, 2002 Lumberjack Open, and the 2002 Eric Yetter Memorial. The ratings after the 2002 Pro Worlds will be adjusted based on the results of Super Tour or higher competitions. These ratings are based on a Player vs Player(PvP) format. This format is the same format used by Chess and Table Tennis. It has been tested and proven highly accurate with over 30 years of experience in each sport.
The more active a player is, the more accurate the player's rating will be in the system.
NOTE: For now, I am only ranking the top 25 highest rated players.
I have studied, analyzed, and observed both the Chess and Table Tennis rating systems. I fully understand how they operate. I am now applying this technology to disc golf competitions, which gives me the ablility to approiately rate active players.
Best regards,
